Gods in charge of wealth (Caishen)

The rich legends of the gods (Caishen) who govern wealth.

黃財神

黃財神

The Yellow Jambhala (Vaishravana), in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, is depicted with a yellow complexion, sitting in a half-lotus position. He wears a golden crown adorned with jewels on his head. His face is round, slightly imposing yet prosperous, and he is draped with a necklace of gems. In his right hand, he holds a precious object shaped like a pomelo, and in his left, he embraces a treasure-spewing mouse, which is capable of spewing out endless treasures.

武財神-玄壇真君

Martial God of Wealth

Zhao Gongming (Chinese: 趙公明), also known as Zhao Gong Yuanshuai (Chinese: 趙公元帥; lit. 'Lord Zhao the Marshal'), is a god of wealth in Chinese folk religion. Zhao Gongming is the most notable among various forms of Caishen, and his birthday is commemorated on the fifth day of the first lunar month. He appears for the first time in the classic Chinese novel, Fengshen Yanyi (封神演義)

福德正神

Lord of the Land (Tudigong)

A Tudigong, or "Lord of the Land," is a guardian deity in Chinese folk religion, Buddhism, Confucianism, and Taoism, associated with specific areas. These deities, often depicted as wise elderly men, protect local communities and places. They rank just below City Gods and above landlord gods in the divine hierarchy. Individuals who served their communities well may be honored as a Tudigong after death. When people move, they switch their worship from one Tudigong to another. Houtu, the supreme ruler, oversees all Tudigongs and other territorial deities.

Boss

Literary God of Wealth

The celestial court was selecting a deity to oversee the treasury of the world, and the Jade Emperor believed that Bi Gan, the Prime Minister, who had been loyally devoted to his country and was innocently persecuted with his heart excised, making him incapable of greed, was the most suitable candidate. Therefore, he appointed Bi Gan to the divine position of managing the world’s treasury and bestowed upon him the title of "Heavenly Official of Literary Wealth"
